A vintage 1970s silk chiffon dress by London label Treacy Lowe. The dress has balloon sleeves as well as smocking on the front shoulders and sleeve cuffs. It fastens with a fabric tie at the front neck, hook and loops below the front neck tie, and snaps on the sleeve cuffs. The dress also has an accompanying fabric belt, and dress can be worn belted or unbelted. The exterior fabric is a semi-sheer, floral print silk chiffon. The body of the dress has a silk lining. The dress was made in India for Treacy Lowe, and the dress also has a Saks Fifth Avenue label.

Size: xs to small (while the dress has some drape, it's narrow through the shoulders; the model measures 32/24/34, and dress draped well on her)

Bust: 39", but best for ~36" max (meant to have some drape)

Waist: 42", and will cinch with waist tie

Hip: 44"

Shoulder (from seam to seam): 13"

Length: 58"

Condition: Very good. Some minor fabric imperfections from wear, primarily on the lower half of the back skirt (see last two close-up photos). These are not visible when dress is worn, and dress presents as excellent.
